I work with with adults and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space to talk.
Whatever you struggle with—stress, anxiety, sadness, anger, low confidence, or problems with family, friends, or work—counselling gives you a safe place to talk, understand your feelings, and find healthy ways to cope.
Challenges We Can Work Through
I work with people facing a wide range of challenges—whether it's the strain of difficult relationships, the weight of grief or past experiences, or the quiet struggles of anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt. Together, we can create a safe, compassionate space where you can share openly, be truly heard, and begin to make sense of what you're feeling.
I also work with people facing experiences such as trauma, questions about sexuality, struggles with addiction or anger, post-traumatic stress, or major life changes like work pressures or retirement. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. In our sessions, you'll find a gentle, safe space to be heard, to explore your feelings, and to start finding some relief and clarity.

Our journey together may include laughter or good memories, but may also involve expressing feelings that are painful.
I want you to know that in our sessions, this space is yours. You can share whatever is on your mind, at a pace that feels right, without fear of judgment. My aim is simply to listen, to understand, and to support you as you begin to untangle your feelings and find a little more clarity, calm, and relief.
