FAQ

If there's anything you're unsure about or want to ask, please don't hesitate to get in touch through my contact page. I'm here to listen, answer your questions, and offer support in whatever way feels most helpful to you.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes, depending on what we agree to in your counselling contract. The exact duration will be discussed during your initial consultation to ensure it meets your needs.

Most people find it helpful to meet weekly or every other week, but I'm happy to be flexible and work at a pace that suits you. During our first session, we'll talk about what feels right and find a rhythm that fits your needs.

Yes, what you share with me is private and respected. The only times I'm legally required to act are very rare, such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or someone else. I'll talk you through these legal boundaries in our first session, so you can feel safe, supported, and fully informed from the start.

My fees start from £45 per hour, and I'm happy to offer reduced rates for students or anyone on a lower income, whenever possible. Payments can be made easily by bank transfer or in cash, whichever works best for you.

I ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment, but I completely understand—life happens. If something comes up, please don't worry. Just reach out when you can, and we'll find a time that works best for you.
