Find Out More About MeIs Counselling Right For You?
Counselling may be right for you if you sense that something isn't quite as it should be, even if you can't name it. You might be carrying emotions, questions, or experiences that feel heavy or confusing. This could include feelings such as anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, uncertainty about who you are, or the influence of past difficult experiences—but there doesn't need to be a clear label or reason. If you're feeling drawn to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply, counselling offers a gentle space to begin, in your own time.
Why Seek Counselling?
You might seek counselling because something inside you doesn’t feel settled, even if you can’t put it into words. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or quietly exhausted from doing so much for others while neglecting your own needs. You might feel frustrated, low, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand — sensing that something beneath the surface is shaping how you feel, your relationships, and how you see yourself.
You may be navigating relationship struggles, grief, loneliness, or the painful sense that no one truly understands you. Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself or others, unsure why the same feelings and challenges keep returning, even when you try so hard to "hold it all together."
Counselling offers a deeply personal and meaningful space where you can finally pause, be truly heard, and gently explore what lies beneath the surface. It is a place to reconnect with yourself, to understand your emotions, and to begin restoring a sense of balance, self-worth, and inner calm.Through this process, counselling can be emotionally transformative — helping you gain clarity, heal old wounds, and create lasting change in how you experience your life, your relationships, and yourself.
I would be honoured to be trusted to work with you with whatever your reason for wanting to talk to someone is.
Here's a few examples of issues some people may bring to a session.
